I live on the right coast and have been a lifelong fan. Ive recruited my son and was wondering if im going to make the trip to Qwest should I shoot for a game or is there a way to get into training camp. Id like for him/and of course me to get some exposure to the players if theres a snowballs chance for that! Any advice from those of you who are right there!? Thanks
I personally would choose a game. The experience at Qwest Field is like non other! It is unbelievable the how loud the 12th man is. We travel from Colorado for every home game and would not miss it for the world. The stadium usually opens early so you can go watch the players warm up and usually get an autograph. The players are great to the fans at the stadium! I have never been to their training camp but I am sure you wont go wrong with either way!
Go to Qwest. Thats youre only shot. Seahawks training camp is in the City of Kirkland and is closed to the public. It is virtually in the middle of a neighborhood with no parking as such the city does not allow street parking. Next year or later this season will be a different story. The Hawks are building a state of the art training facility on the shores of Lake Washington and will have seating for 3000 when completed.
