Hawaii fans need advice for visiting Seatle

Aloha everyone . Im planning on taking my step son to the Seatle vs. Jacksonville game in October. This will be his first trip to the mainland and first pro game. We dont have a lot of time as I get off work early saturday morning and need to be back in Hawaii by early Monday morning.
Are there any decent (doesnt need to be fancy) hotels near the stadium? and what other activities are available in that area? Its been a long time since Ive been to Seatle (1996) so much of the city has changed .hope that pink toe truck is still rolling though. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

Please reconsider there is no place better than Qwest Field to see the Seahawks play!!! You will experience the 12th man traditions for yourselves. I recommend checking out Touchdown City before the game in the event center. Then walk around outside and enter the stadium from one of the North entrances. If youre lucky there will be a band playing on the steps the feel of a fall football game in the air. When you get to the top walk over a few feet and there it is Qwest Field.

It has alot of information about Seattle. Not sure what your interest are so try google too. I dont stay in Seattle when I go to the games hopefully you can find what youre looking for."
