What do you think of the new-look Seahawks jersey?

The new-look Seahawks jersey was unveiled today. Designed by Nike, it has a modified color scheme (College Navy, Action Green, Wolf Grey) that mirrors colors of the Pacific Northwest wilderness, and the jersey incorporates graphics inspired by northwest coastal Indian art. The 12 feathers on the pant leg strip represent the 12th Man, and 12 feathers are also features on each side of the neckline. The 12th Man logo is also sewn on the inside back collar of the jersey:

More jersey details here. Jerseys will go on sale on April 26 - the first day of the NFL Draft - at the Seahawks Pro Shop and on Seahawks.com. The following player jerseys are anticipated to be available: #12 – FAN; #15 – Matt Flynn; #18 – Sidney Rice; #24 – Marshawn Lynch; #29 – Earl Thomas; #31 – Kam Chancellor; #89 – Doug Baldwin.

it's ok. Love the helmet, not so sure about the Seahawks on the arm.

Pretty ugly. I knew there was a reason that I hate Nike!!!

Helmet looks pretty stupid.

Jersey is just plain ugly.

Love the helmet but not wild about the strips on the pants or neckline. Are those really feathers? I like the idea of using the seahawk head near the bottom of the pant and using the rest of the head logo up the pant leg. Yeah, the 12 feathers have meaning but the look lacks the meaning. I think Nike could have done a lot better on this one. Just saying.

I love the helmet too, as well as the color combinations that we could have now. The 12 feathers are fine with me. I think they'll look cool from the stands (probably more like a stripe) and up-close fans will see the detail.

These look like soccer jerseys for nike. Shouldn't there be a logo on the sleeve? Nike is more represented than anything else on these.

I really like how the white and grey jerseys look, but the blue one leaves something to be desired. I really like the helmet too.

I could get used to them for sure though, I think they may actually grow on you a little bit. Won't be able to say for sure until I see it on the field.

I'd like it 100x more if the Seahawk was put back on the shoulder instead of the Nike swoosh.

That poll is poorly worded. How about the option of "I dislike it."
So they change the Seahawk emblem, alter the colors, give the uniforms a frilly look and then will expect us to go give up a c-note for a marketing gimmick team shirt? I wonder how many 10 year old chinese kids are working in the nike sweat shops to get the first shipment ready?
In a few years they will just cycle to some other terrible look and sell that to the masses.
I heard an interview today on sports radio with Seahawk president Peter McLoughlin where he spent his time selling this merchandise and explaining how its all about the 12th man and native american art.
Not really though. Its about the money. I hope the fans send a clear mandate by withholding their money.
Retro is cool, right? So lets all be real cool and wear the old colors.
